Gov. Noem to President Biden: "See you in court."

I promised that South Dakota would stand up to defend the Freedom of our people. I’ve already signed an executive order to do that. I also told President Biden that if he took this unconstitutional action, we would challenge him in court.
This morning, the Biden Administration released their guidance through OSHA that affects over 100 million Americans.
I am announcing that today, we are joining a lawsuit against the Biden Administration’s unconstitutional vaccine mandates.
President Biden, see you in court.
